Colt's career began in commercial real estate at NAI Robert Lynn's Fort Worth office. Specializing in tenant representation, consulting, and advisory, he completed over 250 real estate transactions, amassing a total value exceeding $240 million.
Colt's transition to the health and wellness sector was fueled by his personal experiences with sports-related injuries. After exploring various treatments with limited success, he discovered the benefits of CBD products, which not only alleviated his pain but also restored his active lifestyle. This personal revelation led to the founding of Power Biopharms in 2020, alongside his wife Reagan, Fort Worth's first 100% local, "seed-to-sale" vertically integrated hemp company.
As the new President of Thrive Apothecary, Colt aims to leverage his experience in the cannabis industry to grow the brand.
