If your order arrives damaged, defective, or unusable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thrivetx.com. Our team may request photos or additional information to verify the issue before approving a replacement or refund. - Opened or Used Products
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or partially used items unless a verified defect prevents proper use. - Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
